August 25, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43-72 SUBJECT : Loss of One Booklet of Residence Certificate "Class B" (BIR Form No. 9.02) Bearing serial nos. 799301-799350 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet of Residence Certificate "B" (BIR Form 9.02), to wit: 799301-799350 50 pieces The above Residence Certificate "B" was discovered missing by Cash Clerk JOSE JULIAN of Quezon City on April 12, 1972. The loss was reported to the Revenue Collection Agent, Quezon City, the Chief, Fiscal Audit, Phoenix Building, Manila and to this office as per letter of the Chief, Fiscal Audit Division dated August 11, 1972, attached original with enclosures. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this office in case the above-mentioned Residence Certificate Class "B" (BIR Form 9.02) is found, taking necessary steps, in the meantime, to prevent improper or fraudulent use and disposition thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
