December 29, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43-71 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) No. 5359301-5359350 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Number Quantity 5359301-5359350 50 receipts The above revenue official receipts were discovered missing today, December 29, 1971, in the storeroom of the Accountable Forms Division. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned revenue official receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
