October 4, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43-67 SUBJECT : Loss of Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24), bearing serial Nos. 1211345 and 1211346 which were found missing on July 17, 1967 in the Office of the Revenue Collection Agent, Marilao, Bulacan. Internal Revenue Officers and employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of said receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof. aisadc (SGD.)
