July 9, 2004 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43-04 SUBJECT : Cancellation of Four (4) Sets of Unused BIR Form No. 2524 Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the cancellation of four (4) sets of unused Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 2524) with the following serial numbers: ROR200400336008 ROR200400337008 ROR200400338008 ROR200400339008 The abovementioned forms were acknowledged by APO Production Unit Inc. as having been missed out due to printing error. Their new numbering machines apparently failed to print the said serial numbers. All official transactions involving the use of said forms/serial numbers are therefore considered as INVALID. Furthermore, Internal Revenue Officials, employees and other concerned, are requested to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same. (SGD.)
