October 23, 2002 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 43-02 SUBJECT : Issuance of a Documentary Stamp with a P15 Denomination, which has been Designed and Printed by the Banknote and Securities Printing Department of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all concerned, announcement is hereby made that starting October 23, 2002, the Accountable Forms Division, this Bureau, will issue a Documentary Stamp with a P15 denomination to better cater to the needs of the taxpaying public. Hereunder is the general description of subject documentary stamp bearing the fifteen-digit (15) serial number (alphanumeric series): Size : 23 mm x 43 mm across (cutting guide) Design : Border inscribed with letters "RENTAS INTERNAS", vanishing spherical lines on background and the seal of the Republic of the Philippines at the center with price inscriptions on both sides Color Scheme : Pantone 194-U (Maroon) This Circular shall take effect immediately and shall be given the widest publicity possible.
