The above Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) was discovered lost by collection agent CAMILO S. RIVERA, BIR collection agent, Aguilar, Pangasinan. The loss was reported to this office, copy furnished the Provincial Auditor's office, Lingayen, Pangasinan, the Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 3, BIR, Dagupan City, the Accounting Division, BIR, Manila and the Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 12, Lingayen, Pangasinan, in his letter dated April 25, 1972, attached original copy submitted to this office. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this office in case any of the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) is found, taking necessary steps for the meantime, to prevent improper or fraudulent use and disposition thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
