"For your information, Treasury Warrant No. B-03,182,356 dated June 23, 1972 in the amount of P4,183.20 was the one lost and not Treasury Warrant No. B-03,182,365 as indicated in Department Memorandum Circular No. 20-73, dated June 8, 1973.
