July 25, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 41-73 SUBJECT : Publishing Unnumbered Memorandum of the Honorable, the Undersecretary of Finance dated July 6, 1973 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers and others concerned there is quoted hereinbelow Unnumbered Memorandum of the Honorable, the Undersecretary of Finance dated July 6, 1973, which is self-explanatory. "MEMORANDUM to: "All Heads of Bureaus and Offices under the Department of Finance and their collecting and disbursing officers, Provincial, City and Municipal Treasurers, Bureau, Provincial and City Auditors and others, concerned. "For your information, Treasury Warrant No. B-03,182,356 dated June 23, 1972 in the amount of P4,183.20 was the one lost and not Treasury Warrant No. B-03,182,365 as indicated in Department Memorandum Circular No. 20-73, dated June 8, 1973.
