September 11, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 41-67 SUBJECT : Loss of Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) Serial Nos. 0879801-0879850 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that a booklet of income tax official receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing Serial Nos. 0879801-0879850 under the accountability of the Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 34, North Manila, was discovered missing on April 14, 1967. Reappearance of the said receipts will be taken as proceeding from illegal sources and the use thereof unauthorized.
