December 7, 1981 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 39-81 SUBJECT : Loss of Ninety-three (93) Sets of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) Bearing Serial Numbers 0811552-F to 0811600-F, Inclusive, and 0811757-F to 0811800-F, Inclusive TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of ninety-three sets of Revenue Official Receipts, to wit: cd Inclusive Serial Numbers : Quantity 0811552-F to 0811600-F : Forty-nine (49) Sets 0811757-F to 0811800-F : Forty-four (44) Sets The above Revenue Official Receipts were reported lost while in the custody of ESPINOSO CUSTODIO, Acting Collection Agent of Dimalungan, Aurora. aisa dc Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
