July 26, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 39-66 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificates Class "B" (BIR Form No. 9.02) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of residence certificates class "B", bearing serial numbers B-0401451-0401950, inclusive, a total of ten (10) stubs of fifty (50) certificates each. The aforesaid certificates were believed stolen sometime after the close of office hours on February 4, 1966 and before 7:30 a.m. on February 7, 1966 when the same were discovered missing from the drawer of the office desk of the Revenue Collector for Iloilo City. Internal Revenue Officers and employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of said certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
