September 27, 1962 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 39-62 SUBJECT : Issuance of Internal Revenue Strip Stamps for Cigarettes at the P2.50 Class Per M, 30's at P0.075 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given that this Bureau will issue a new kind of cigarette strip stamp of the P2.50 class per M, 30's at P0.075. These strip stamps were originally of the P6.00 per M class, 20's at P0.12, printed by Thomas de la Rue Company, Limited, London, England, and have been surcharged by the Bureau of Printing at P2.50 per M, 30's at P0.075 in bold black ink across the face of the stamp. adc Until further notice, all concerned should be guided accordingly.
