August 15, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 38-72 SUBJECT : Issuance of Science Stamps with Dry Gum TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Starting August 17, 1972, the Bureau of Internal Revenue shall issue science stamps of the following denominations with dry gum: P100.00 P10.00 P0.20 50.00 5.00 0.04 20.00 3.00 0.02 There will be no change in the sizes and colors of the aforementioned stamps.
