November 20, 1963 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 38-63 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Stub of Residence Tax Certificates (Class "A" for 1963) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) stub of Residence Tax Certificates, (Class "A" for 1963), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity "A" 1020151-1020200 50 receipts The above Residence Tax Certificates were lost on October 5, 1963, at about 6:30 p.m. in a jeepney at Cebu City. Internal Revenue Officers and other concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those Residence Tax Certificates is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
