October 19, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 37-94 SUBJECT : Issuance of New Denomination of Serially Numbered Documentary Strip Stamps Designed and Printed by the Central Bank of the Philippines TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all concerned, announcement is hereby made that starting November 1, 1994, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will issue the new denominations of documentary strip stamps designed and printed by the Central Bank Security Printing. cd i Hereunder is the general description of the serially numbered strip stamps: Size: 23 mm x 43 mm Design: Border inscribed with letters "Rentas Internas" vanishing spherical lines as background and the seal of the Philippines at the center with price inscriptions at both sides.
