October 27, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 37-75 SUBJECT : Issuance of Cigarette Strip Stamps Printed by the Government Printing Office, Implementing Amendment to Section 137 (b) of the National Internal Revenue Code Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 753 Promulgated Last July 27, 1975 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Announcement is hereby made that starting October 27, 1975, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will issue internal revenue strip stamps for cigarettes printed by the Government Printing Office for the following classes and denominations, described hereunder. Class Denomination Color Scheme (1) 20's P27.00/M P0.54 yellow (2) 20's P40.00/M P0.80 black (3) 20's P60.00/M P1.20 brown The strip stamps are all printed in security paper, with imbedded artificial silk-fibers, containing watermarks "BIR and the seal of the Republic of the Philippines", without serial numbers.
