December 1, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 37-71 SUBJECT : Loss of Two (2) Booklets of Residence Certificates Class B (BIR Form No. 9.02) Nos. 879801-879850 and 879951-880000 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of two (2) booklets of Residence Certificates Class "B" to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 879801 879850 50 certificates 879951 880000 50 certificates The above residence certificates were discovered missing on September 10, 1971, by Collection Agent Buenaventuranza L. Gutierrez, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro. The Regional Office and the Provincial Auditor thereat were informed of the loss. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case any of the above-mentioned residence certificates are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof. aisa dc MISAEL P.
