February 28, 2023 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 37-2023 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees SUBJECT : Circularizing CSC Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2023 on the 2023 Search for Outstanding Government Workers For the information and guidance of all BIR officials and employees, attached is a copy of Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular (CSC MC) No. 1, s. 2023 along with the pertinent guidelines and updated nomination forms (Annex A) enjoining government agencies to participate in the 2023 Search for Outstanding Government Workers. Moreover, the said Circular encourages all officials and employees to support the official CSC social media pages which feature various regular promotional releases relative to the Search.
