September 25, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 36-97 SUBJECT : Implementation of Membership Campaign for the Philippine Centennial Movement Pursuant to Department Order No. 51-97 Dated 31 July 1997 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all revenue officials and employees, quoted hereunder is Department of Finance (DOF) Unnumbered Memorandum dated September 16, 1997: "In compliance with Proclamation No. 916 " Amending Proclamation No. 804 By Calling on All Officials and Employees in Government, Both National and Local, to Join the Philippine Centennial Movement Until 31 December 1998 " of the Office of the President dated 27 February 1997 and pursuant to Department Personnel Order No. 51-97 dated 31 July 1997 establishing the Philippine Centennial Movement DOF Chapter , you are hereby enjoined to enlist the membership of officials and employees of your Office to the PCM DOF Chapter/National Centennial Commission-Women Sector (NCC-WS) . Membership fee of Ten pesos ( P10 . 00 ) shall entitle bearer to one (1) white Centennial I.D. and discounts on PCC sponsored shows and commemorative items while membership fee of One hundred pesos ( P100 . 00 ) shall entitle bearer to one (1) yellow Centennial Plastic I.D., one Centennial Pin, one (1) Centennial Sticker, Centennial Newsletter/s, discounts on PCC sponsored shows and commemorative items. Attached are the application forms and the PCC, PCM Local Collection Report Form to be accomplished and returned back to the Office of the undersigned together with membership fees collected. (Sgd.)
