May 3, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 36-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of two hundred eighteen (218) pieces of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing Serial Numbers 3627551-3627600; 3627601-3627650; 3071051-3071100; 3626021-3626050 and 3071012-3071050, inclusive Serial Numbers Quantity 3627601-3627650 fifty pieces (50) 3627551-3627600 fifty pieces (50) 3071051-3071100 fifty pieces (50) 3626021-3626050 thirty pieces(30) 3071012-3071050 thirty-eight pieces (38) The above Revenue Official Receipts were known to be lost in view of an affidavit executed by DIMATANG P. RINABOR, Collection Agent of Piagapo, Lanao del Sur dated November 10, 1972. That the above-mentioned official receipts were lost on October 21, 1972. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
