December 1, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 36-71 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Booklet of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) Nos. 2725051-2725100 TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 2725051-2725100 50 receipts The above revenue official receipts were discovered missing by Collection Agent Buenaventuranza L. Gutierrez, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, on September 6, 1971. The loss was reported to the BIR Regional Office and the Provincial Auditor thereat. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdt MISAEL P.
