June 13, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 36-67 Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of 1967 Residence Tax Certificates Class "A" containing 34 unissued certificates bearing Serial Numbers A-2384467 to A-2384500, inclusive, from the Office of the Collection Agent of Bacon, Sorsogon at about 4:00 in the afternoon of January 31, 1967. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of these certificates is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
