September 11, 2001 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 36-01 SUBJECT : Loss of Ten (10) Pieces of Unused Padlock Seals (Blue) for Documentary Stamp Metering Machine TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of TEN (10) PIECES of unused Padlock Seals (Blue) for Documentary Stamp Metering Machine with Serial Number: 0019001-0019010 The abovementioned Seals were reported as lost by MR. ARTHUR M. ANNANG , Communication Equipment Operator II/ Liaison Officer of Collection Division, Revenue Region No. 7, Quezon City, and have therefore been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of such Seals are therefore considered as INVALID. All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office, in the event that the aforesaid Seals are found; and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of said Seals.
