June 27, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 35-73 SUBJECT : Extending up to September 30, 1973, the Deadline for the Filing of Individual Declaration of the True Value of Real Property TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all those concerned, there is quoted hereunder the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 222, the subject matter of which is "Extending up to September 30, 1973, the deadline for the filing of individual declaration of the true value of real property." "MALACAANG Manila "PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 222 "EXTENDING UP TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1973, THE DEADLINE FOR THE FILING OF INDIVIDUAL DECLARATION OF THE TRUE VALUE OF REAL PROPERTY. "WHEREAS, the deadline fixed under Presidential Decree No. 76 dated December 6, 1972, for the filing of individual declarations on the true value of real property is June 30, 1973; and "WHEREAS, there has been widespread clamor for the extension of the deadline as fixed in said decree for the reason, among others, that many assessors have not completed the evaluation of properties in their jurisdiction; "NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081 dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1 dated September 22, 1972, do hereby extend the deadline for the filing of individual declarations of the true value of real property fixed under Presidential Decree No. 76 from June 30, 1973, to September 30, 1973.
