June 14, 2004 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 35-04 SUBJECT : Cancellation of Eleven Pads (11) and Sixteen Sets (16) of Unused Tax Credit Certificates TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the cancellation of Eleven (11) pads and Sixteen sets (16) of unused Tax Credit Certificates in accordance with Section 3, Item (2), of Department Order No. 19-03 dated 18 July 2003, to wit: cDEICH Form Quantity Serial Nos. BIR Form No. 2310 16 sets TCC200200001485 (Revised Feb. 2001) TCC200200001500 11 pads TCC200200001501 TCC200200002050 The above forms were marked Cancelled and perforated at the OSS Center office on May 19, 2004, conduct of which was witnessed by the respective Resident COA Auditors of the Department of Finance and the Bureau of Internal Revenue. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered INVALID. Furthermore, Internal Revenue Officials, employees and others concerned are requested to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same. (SGD.)
