August 17, 2001 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 35-01 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Set of Unused BIR Form No. 1954 Certificate Authorizing Registration (Transaction Involving Real and Personal Property) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of ONE (1) SET of unused BIR Form No . 1954 (Certificate Authorizing Registration [Transaction Involving Real and Personal Property]) with following Serial Number: SN # CAR199900047792 The abovementioned Form was reported as lost by Ms. MELINDA B. RAMOS, Revenue Officer II assigned at RDO No. 42, San Juan, Metro Manila, and has therefore been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of such Form are therefore considered as INVALID. All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office, in the event that the aforesaid Form (all copies included) is found; and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of said Form.
