July 1, 1996 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 34-96 SUBJECT : Model Office Award TO : All Revenue Officials and Personnel Due to the limited time available before the presentation of the Model Office Award during the 92nd BIR Anniversary Celebration there is a need to amend Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 28-96. It will not be possible for one set of judges to visit each Revenue Region. Hence, there will be three (3) sets of judges assigned for the overall judging. The following are the amendments. 1. Part III No. 3. Board of Judges in the Overall Level Judging will be done based on geographical location. One each for Luzon, Bicol and Visayas and Mindanao. cdll A. Luzon will be composed of the following Revenue Regions: 1. Revenue Region No. 1 - Calasiac, Pangasinan 2. Revenue Region No. 2 - Cordillera Administrative Region 3. Revenue Region No. 3 - Tuguegarao, Cagayan 4. Revenue Region No. 4 - San Fernando, Pampanga 5. Revenue Region No. 5 - Valenzuela, Metro Manila 6. Revenue Region No. 6 - Manila 7. Revenue Region No. 7 - Quezon City 8. Revenue Region No. 8 - Makati 9. Revenue Region No. 9 - San Pablo City B. Bicol and Visayas will be composed of the following Revenue Regions: 1. Revenue Region No. 10 - Legazpi City 2. Revenue Region No. 11 - Iloilo City 3. Revenue Region No. 12 - Bacolod City 4. Revenue Region No. 13 - Cebu City 5. Revenue Region No. 14 - Tacloban City C. Mindanao will be composed of the following Revenue Regions: 1. Revenue Region No. 15 - Zamboanga City 2. Revenue Region No. 16 - Cagayan de Oro City 3. Revenue Region No. 17 - Butuan City 4. Revenue Region No. 18 - Cotobato City 5. Revenue Region No. 19 - Davao City 2. Part V. Announcement of Winners Instead of one winner for the Overall Model Office Award, there will now be three winners. One winner for each geographical location. 3. Part VI. Prizes Regional Division, Revenue District and National Office winners shall each be given Plaques of Recognition. The three winning offices for each area shall be given a Plaque of Recognition, a cash gift and a Certificate of Participation for each employee. For your information and guidance. (SGD.)
