June 5, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 34-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, Provincial/City Treasurers and others concerned SUBJECT : Finding and recovery of one pad (1) or fifty (50) pieces of Residence Tax Certificate Class A, bearing Serial Numbers 9565251, 9565300, inclusive Notice is hereby given that the reported and circulated lost Residence Tax Certificates Class A, were found, to wit: Serial Number Quantity 9565251-9565300 one (1) pad or fifty (50) pieces This Revenue Memorandum Circular cancels the previous "Warning" dated March 20, 1974 issued and circulated to all Municipal Treasurers of the province of Sultan Kudarat, Provincial and City Treasurers of the Philippines, by the Asst. Provincial Treasurer (Officer-In-Charge) of the above-mentioned province. The said Officer-In-Charge, in his 3rd Indorsement to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue dated May 8, 1974, reported that the above-mentioned Residence Tax Certificates Class A were found and recovered from the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Sultan Kudarat.
