May 28, 1993 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 33-93 SUBJECT : Delegation of Authority to the Heads of Bureaus/Attached Agencies under the Department of Finance TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all revenue officials and employees, quoted hereunder is Department of Finance Department Order No. 9-33 dated March 8, 1993. "In line with the government's policy of decentralization and administrative delegation of functions, the Heads of Bureaus/Attached Agencies under the DOF are hereby delegated the authority to act on the following for their respective Bureau/Agency. 1. Permission to seek transfer. 2. Dropping from the rolls and change of marital status. 3. Acceptance of resignation up to Division Chiefs or equivalent. 4. Permission to engage in business, practice a profession on pursue a vocation. 5.
