April 15, 1988 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 33-88 SUBJECT : Administration of Local and Foreign Assisted Scholarship Grants/Training TO : All Bureau of Internal Revenue Personnel In view of the need for a more effective coordination and integrated management of all scholarship grants/training extended and made available to the Bureau of Internal Revenue personnel, be it local or foreign assisted, and in line with the appropriate implementation of Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 13 S 1987, to afford an equitable distribution of scholarships to deserving personnel at all levels, henceforth, all scholarship grants/training will be coursed and administered by the Administrative Service. acd This Memorandum Circular is issued for the guidance and compliance of all concerned and takes effect immediately.
