July 21, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 33-77 TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees, and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing Serial Numbers 2971251-2971300, inclusive Serial Numbers Quantity 2971251-2971300 One (1) pad of fifty (50) sets, unissued. The above Revenue Official Receipts were initially reported lost by Perfecto C. Panugao, Revenue Collection Agent of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, during his tax collection trip last January 9, 1977. Internal revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisa dc EFREN I.
