June 5, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 33-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Recovery of one pad of fifty pieces of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing Serial Numbers 1402101 to 1402150, inclusive Notice is hereby given that the reported and circulated lost Revenue Official Receipts, covered by Revenue Memorandum Circular dated May 28, 1974 were found, to wit: Serial Number Quantity 1402101-1402150 fifty (50) pieces This Revenue Memorandum Circular cancels the previous Revenue Memorandum dated May 28, 1974 wherein the above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts were reported lost by the Revenue Collection Agent SANTOS S. TAMPOS, of Valencia, Bohol. The same Collection Agent reported to this Office that the above-mentioned official receipts were found and recovered on May 17, 1974, two days after they were lost.
