Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) original copy of Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) to wit: Serial Number Amount 000738 P13,581,871.68 The above-mentioned TCC which was reported as lost by Ms. Joanne P. Manabat is hereby declared null and void and all official transactions involving the use thereof is therefore invalidated. Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Employees and other concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned copy is found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
