August 30, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32-76 SUBJECT : Loss of One Pad Containing Fifty (50) Sets of Issued and Unissued Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form 25.24) bearing Serial Numbers 3129301-3129350, inclusive TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one pad, containing fifty (50) sets of issued and unissued Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form 25.24), to wit: Serial Number Quantity Issued 3129301-3129314 Fourteen (14) sets Unissued 3129315-3129350 Thirty-six (36) sets The above-mentioned Revenue Official Receipts were reported lost by Mr. FRANCISCO BALTAZAR, Collection Agent of Naval, Leyte as a result of a robbery committed on or about September 14, 1975 in his office and reported to the police authorities of Naval, Leyte and to the 354th P.C. Company, a P.C. detachment in the area. Internal revenue officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned receipts are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
