July 10, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32-72 SUBJECT : Delegating to the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue (Administration) the Authority to Approve Commutation of Vacation and Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, and Leave Without Pay in Excess of 60 days but Not Beyond One Year To effect greater efficiency in administrative actions and pursuant to the penultimate paragraph of Department Order No. 77-71 dated November 25, 1971, final action on the following personnel matters are hereby delegated to the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue (Administration): 1. Approval or disapproval of commutation of vacation and sick leave (including maternity leave), and 2. Approval or disapproval of leave without pay in excess of 60 days but not beyond one year.
