August 28, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32-67 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificate Class "B" for the Year 1964 TO : All Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Collection Agents, Cash Clerks and all Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) stub of Residence Certificates Class "B" for the year 1964, bearing Serial Nos. B-0528051-0528100 on or about July 21, 1966 in the municipality of Canaman, Camarines Sur. Out of the aforesaid stub, Residence Certificates Nos. B-0528051-0528056 were already issued and accounted for, thereby leaving 44 residence certificates (nos. B-0528057-0828100) still remain unissued. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should report to the nearest Internal Revenue Office in case any of the above-stated unissued residence certificates are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper of fraudulent disposition of use thereof.
