June 9, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32-66 SUBJECT : Loss of Internal Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Officials and Employees of this Bureau and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of Internal Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing serial Nos. 3925677-3925750 and 4828251-4828350, inclusive. The above stated official receipts were found missing as per report dated May 30, 1966 submitted by the Investigating Internal Auditors of this Bureau who conducted the verification of the accountability of the Collection Agent for Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija. cdll Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of these official receipts is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
