August 5, 1964 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 32-64 SUBJECT : Loss of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of revenue official receipts bearing serial numbers C-1887550-1887600 (50 receipts). The above stated official receipts were lost in the vicinity of the public market at barrio Villavert-Jimenez, municipality of Hamtic, province of Antique, on June 5, 1964, at about 9:30 o'clock in the morning, by Collection Agent Carlos E. Melocoton of the said municipality. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of those Revenue Official Receipts is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent use or disposition thereof. aisadc (SGD.)
