July 21, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 31-67 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Revenue Official Receipts, (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of Revenue Official Receipts, BIR Form No. 25.24, in the Office of the Revenue Collection Agent of Carmen, Agusan on or about April 1, 1963. Serial Numbers Quantity B-1638051 to B-1638100 One (1) pad of 50 sets in Quadruplicate Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of these Official Receipts are found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. aisadc (SGD.)
