May 30, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 31-66 SUBJECT : Loss of Residence Certificates Class "B" TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of residence certificates class "B", bearing serial numbers B-0605640-0605650, and one hundred eighteen (118) pieces of documentary stamps at thirty centavos (P0.30) each. The aforesaid certificates and documentary stamps were discovered missing in the morning of May 5, 1965, from the drawer of the office desk of Cash Clerk Prudencio Floresca, Rosario , La Union, which was forcibly opened by some person or persons unknown. Internal Revenue Officers and employees and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of said certificates and documentary stamps is found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper of fraudulent use or disposition thereof. cdti (SGD.)
