June 27, 2001 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 31-01 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Original Copy of Tax Credit Certificate CC(J) Issued to DOLE PHILS., INC. TO : All Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Employees and others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) original copy of Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) to wit: Serial Number Amount 021789 P26,339,702.36 The above-mentioned TCC which was reported as lost by Mr. Rolly Garcia of Dole Phils., Inc. has been declared null and void by the One Stop-Shop Inter-Agency Tax Credit & Duty Drawback Center of the Department of Finance and all official transactions involving the use thereof is therefore invalidated. Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned copy is found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
