September 8, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 30-97 SUBJECT : Loss of Six (6) Pieces Duplicate Copies of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of six (6) pieces duplicate copies (Taxpayer's copy) of Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24), to wit: Serial Number Quantity 8667858 M - 8667863 M Six (6) duplicate copies The abovementioned copies which were reported as lost by Mr. AMROSI D. BARAGONA, Revenue Officer I of Revenue District Office No. 101, Iligan City assigned as Collection Agent at Bacolod (circuiting Poona Piagapo and Tagoloan), Lanao del Norte, and other copies of every set bearing the abovementioned serial numbers are hereby deemed cancelled and all official transactions involving the use thereof are therefore invalidated. dctai Internal Revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the abovementioned copies are found, taking the necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
