September 18, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 30-68 SUBJECT : Loss of Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of three (3) pads or 150 revenue official receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) bearing serial Nos. 2893001 to 2893150, inclusive, which are under the accountability of Municipal Treasurer and Acting Revenue Collector EUNOMIO Y. LLANERA of Puerto Princesa, Palawan on or about May 23, 1968. The above-mentioned official receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) have been reported by Acting Revenue Collector Llanera of Puerto Princesa, Palawan on his letter dated May 24, 1968. Internal Revenue Officers, employees, and other concerned should promptly notify this Office, in case any of these revenue official receipts is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and fraudulent use or disposition thereof.
