May 27, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 30-66 SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Pad of Revenue Official Receipts, (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) pad of Revenue Official Receipts, B. I. R. Form No. 25.24, from the Property Division, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Manila. SERIAL NUMBERS QUANTITY C-4713051 to C-4713100 One (1) pad of 50 sets Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of these Official Receipts is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof. cdta (SGD.)
