August 13, 1962 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 30-62 SUBJECT : Loss of 1 Pad Revenue Official Receipt (BIR Form No. 25.24) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Other Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of 1 pad, Revenue Official Receipts, B.I.R. Form No. 25.24, to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity B-1930201-B-1930250 50 Receipts The above Official Receipts were included among the Receipts shipped to the Collection Agent, Bayang, Lanao del Sur on February 2, 1962, but said Official reported that he did not receive them. Presumably, they were lost in transit. Internal revenue officers and others concerned should promptly notify this Office in case any of these Official Receipts is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
