August 12, 1981 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-81 SUBJECT : Loss of Six (6) Sets of Auxiliary Invoice for Timber (BIR Form No. 14.04) Bearing Serial Nos. 402621 to 402526, Inclusive TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of six (6) sets of Auxiliary Invoice for Timber, to wit: Serial No. : Quantity 402521 - 402526 : Six (6) Sets The above Auxiliary Invoices were reported as missing or lost to the Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 1, Baguio City on July 10, 1981 by the Chief of the Administrative Branch. Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned invoices are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
