May 3, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-79 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of One (1) Booklet of Auxiliary Invoices for Timber (BIR Form No. 14.04) bearing Serial Nos. 041361-041400, inclusive Notice is hereby given of the loss of one (1) booklet of Auxiliary Invoices for Timber, to wit: aisa dc Serial No. Quantity 041361-041400 One (1) Booklet Unused The above Auxiliary Invoices were reported to the Regional Director, Revenue Region No. 5, Legazpi City, thru the Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 48, as missing or lost sometime on February 5, 1979 by CAYETANO G. ORO, Collection Agent of Matnog, Sorsogon. All internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Auxiliary Invoices are found, taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent the improper and fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
