September 29, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-76 SUBJECT : Issuance of Cigarette Strip Stamps Printed by the Government Printing Office, Implementing the amendment to Section 137 (b) of the National Internal Revenue Code by Presidential Decree No. 753 promulgated July 27, 1975 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned Announcement is hereby made that starting September 30, 1976, the Accountable Forms Division of this Bureau will issue internal revenue strip stamps for cigarettes printed by the Government Printing Office for the following class and denomination, described hereunder. Class Denomination Color Scheme 30's P3.00/M P0.09 Green The strip stamps are all printed in security paper, with imbedded artificial silk fiber, containing watermarks "BIR" and the seal of the "Republic of the Philippines" without serial numbers.
