September 3, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-75 SUBJECT : Designation of Mr. Tomas Toledo to Sit as Member of the Legal Affairs Committee Created Under the Philippine United States Mutual Defense Board TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Department Special Order No. 63-75 of the Department of Finance, dated August 27, 1975, which is self-explanation, to wit: "The exigency of the service so requiring, Atty. Tomas C. Toledo, Revenue Service Chief, Financial and Management Service, Bureau of Internal Revenue, is hereby designated as the duly authorized representative of this Department to sit as member of the Legal Affairs Committee created under the Philippine United States Mutual Defense Board. "For this purpose, Atty. Toledo shall attend all meetings and/or conferences of the Legal Affairs Committee and thereafter prepare and submit to the Secretary of Finance the necessary report. "The attendance of Atty. Toledo in all meetings and conferences of the Legal Affairs Committee are considered on official time. Per diems and allowances subject to the usual auditing and accounting regulation is hereby authorized." This Circular should be given as wide publicity as possible. MISAEL P.
