May 24, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-74 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and others concerned SUBJECT : Loss of four (4) pieces of Central Bank Official Receipts (Form BIR-2), bearing Serial Nos. 027801, 027828, 027829 and 027830 Notice is hereby given of the loss of four (4) pieces of Central Bank Official Receipts, to wit: Serial Numbers Quantity 027801 Four (4) pieces 027828 027829 027830 (Form BIR-2) The above-mentioned Central Bank Official Receipts were discovered missing by Miss ANICETA CORDERO of the Philippine National Bank, Iloilo Branch, last March, 1973. Internal revenue officers, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned Central Bank Official Receipts are found and presented as evidence of payment of internal revenue taxes.
