June 9, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 29-72 SUBJECT : Loss of Four (4) Pieces of Residence Certificate "B" Bearing Serial Nos. 1442147 to 1442150 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned Notice is hereby given of the loss of four (4) pieces of Residence Certificate "B", to wit: Serial Number Quantity 1442147 to 1442150 Four (4) pieces (Residence Certificate "B") The above Residence Certificate "B" was discovered missing by Revenue Collector Rodolfo Soriano of Sta. Cruz, Laguna. Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in case the above-mentioned residence certificates is found taking necessary steps in the meantime to prevent improper or fraudulent disposition or use thereof.
